Hi All,
We are in Albuquerque, NM this weekend. When we arrived, we were so surprised to have snow coming down. Isn't it a dessert here?? At first I even asked my husband what that was coming down. I didn't know if it was dust or something. To my surprise he answered snow.
Now it has cleared up and we will be ready to meet our new friends here. We haven't displayed here before, so it will be new.
Here are more ribbon cards to share. I love using the ATG gun with them. That gun is a must for your toolbox. I know I have expressed that before, but it deserves repeating. Here's the link
http://denamidesign.com/cart.php?m=product_list&c=72
I used the ATG gun to create "glue dot's" to attach buttons to this card.
Here is one version of the Filigree card. I ruffled the ribbon.
Here's the second version where I "pleated" the ribbon. I added the 3D Lacquer to the Filigree and added the Silver Sparkletts. I did the same to the medallion, but added the Onyx Sparkletts. Really a regal looking card and so easy.

Ruffled Ribbon
Hi All,
Here is a card where I ruffled the ribbon. I adhered the ATG gun to the back of the ribbon and just went up and down the length of the card panel to create ruffles. No sewing and no fussing. It was so easy to do. The card below uses the Leafy Vine and 3D Lacquer sprinkled with the Amethyst and Gamma Green glitter to create dimesional leaves and dots.

Fall Cards
Hi All,
Here are some great fall cards using the same stamps. I used the Autumn Stamp Set to create a background and decorations for the Leafy Wreath stamp. The wreath is so versatile because you can decorate it with poinsettias, daisies, roses or just leave plain for all seasons. I also stamped the Steam stamp with the Spanish Moss VersaFine for a leafy green touch. It gav the feeling of the wind blowing the leaves in the background.
Other good uses for the Steam stamp is using it as steam, exhaust for a car, exhaust for a plane, waves, wind, or just a decorative background. You can stamp in a pad or in a glue pad and add glitter.
I enjoyed making this card. I stamped in VersaFine Vintage Sepia and colored them in. I then punched them in a one inch circle punch and added the stitches around the design. I added 3D Crystal Lacquer for a dimensional shine. I also enjoyed using our new Grosgrain ribbon. I used the ATG Gun and wrapped it around a card strip. I then made a bow with the ribbon and made a glue dot with the ATG Gun. The ribbon is silky and thin enough to make a nice looking bow. Some grosgrains I have used in the past have been too thick for card/bow making. We have some great classic colors for all kinds of card making. Check out the website for selection. They come in 3/8 and 5/8 inch thicknesses. We have samplers and spools will be available soon. The colors are white, black, brown, light pink, bright pink, red, green, lime, baby blue and cream.

Cards
Hi All,
You haven't heard from me for a while. We have been busy with our next season's images. There will be a whopping 60+ new ones coming. We will also have over 20 new accessories. Though I can't let the cat out of the bag, I can say that they are worth waiting for. Who knows... you might get a sneak peek;)
Amidst the designing, we continue to display at the various shows around the country, so I really haven't stayed put. We have enjoyed talking with our wonderful stampers and have met new ones. Thanks to all of you for welcoming us and encouraging us to return to your home towns.
We are heading to Albuquerque, NM. We are always on the lookout for excellent sales workers. If you have a dynamic personality, love our products, love people and are a natural sales person, please let us know you are interested in being contacted in the future for show help. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how it gets prepped up and set up for the shows.
Here are some cards I have made at some of the shows. The first two are variations of the same theme. I made the second card after the first one sold out of one of the stamps. You've got to improvise at times...

Here is the Vine stamp used in this card. It was used above, but when you change the colors, it looks so different. The colors are greens and silver. A twist to the fall colors.

Update from DeNami
Hello friends!
I know that it has been quite a while since Nami has posted to the blog. Believe me, she would love to do it daily! However, since there are 8 back-to-back shows, it's just not possible for her to update as often as she would like. Also, in between the crazy show schedule, Nami has been busily designing for the new Spring/ Summer 2010 collection. Ladies, let me tell ya, you are going to LOVE it! Can't spill any news yet....but once it comes closer to the time, we'll definitely be doing sneak peeks and also some fun giveaways. Be sure to stay tuned!
In closing, we want to thank you all for your continued support, love and also the sweet words you send to us via email, blog comments or even at the shows. We have some of the best "fans" in the world- without wonderful supporters like you, this job just wouldn't be the same.
Much Love,
Paulina
P.S. We have been actively updating our Facebook page more often. There are card ideas and we also post questions asking your thoughts on different aspects of DeNami. Be sure to join in on this fun here.
