Here is a fun and easy card with the little shopping chick. After stamping and punching out the cutout, I added Fun Fluff with the 3D Lacquer for the fluffy look.
I used the 3D Lacquer on the turtle for a shiny touch. The little polka dot stamp was stamped with the Brilliance Lime pad.
